When is a product shipped?

Normally, a product is shipped within 1-3 business days after the payment reception by us. To ensure that we have received the payment, you can check in your account in order to find the respective invoice. If you need to trace your shipment click here.

However, it may happen that in some cases (e.g. during Christmas holidays) the products are shipped with a delay of 7 business days.
